Depending on your offer, it includes occasional editing of your website and is based on an hourly rate tailored to your package:

• Freelancer: 30 minutes available per month—does not include website editing service.
• Partner: 45 minutes available per month – includes a website editing service.
• Pilot: 90 minutes available per month—includes a website editing service.

A summary email is sent after the intervention. When you request it, you will also be informed of the remaining balance of time available for the month. If you need additional hours, these will be billed at my rates.

Unused minutes cannot be carried over or accumulated from one month to the next.

WordPress website editing may include:

• Replacing photographs.
• Modification of texts.
• Adjusting plugin settings.
• Integrating your new content into the existing structure of the site.

This does not include:

• The development of new features.
• The complete drafting of new pages.
• Modifying your theme.

Yes, this package benefits from our Green web hosting and WordPress maintenance service, apart from the monthly maintenance reports. It’s an all-in-one package that includes everything you need to launch your online store with ease.

After the two-year commitment period, the offer is automatically converted to a maintenance offer, with pricing corresponding to your current store offer, to avoid any service interruption. You will, of course, be notified in advance of this transition. You then have the option of upgrading to a lighter or heavier maintenance package, depending on your needs, or cancelling your subscription: please see the cancellation section for more information.

Your domain name is registered in your name, and you own it. The price of the domain name is included in your WordPress hosting and maintenance package, up to a maximum of €15 per year.

A transactional e-mail is an automatic e-mail sent to a single recipient to confirm an action. In the context of your site, this could be, for example :

• E-mails received when a contact request is made using a form on your site.
• Order confirmation e-mails when you operate an online store.
• Update notification emails (WordPress core, extensions, themes…).

Your offer is configured with a transactional e-mail address (e.g. info@yourdomain.com), enabling you to send these e-mails at a maximum rate of 100 mails/hour.

Your data is backed up for up to 50 days by two separate systems:

• All your hosting data (files, databases, mailboxes, etc.) is backed up daily (for up to 50 days) via an internal backup system.
• Your WordPress website is backed up daily (for up to 30 days) on an external storage server also hosted by Hosterra for controlled water and electricity consumption (Electricity < 18 kWh/year/To, Water < 1.4 l/year/To).

Your store is optimized for search engines like Google, including :

• WordPress technical settings.
• Additional technical optimizations with the Slim SEO extension.
• Optimization of your first contents with the online tool rediger-sans-migraine.
• Connect your site to Google Search Console.

To enhance your customers’ experience, your online store is designed to display on their devices as quickly as possible. This includes:

• Powerful web hosting for your site, tested and measured in our publication: Hosterra – Performance test for WordPress, Benchmark.
• Deactivation of unused or obsolete features with our universally accessible extension: ZenPress.
• The configuration of caches for the site and its resources, a method accessible to all, detailed in our publication: A super-fast cache without WP Rocket.

Your store the legal pages required to comply with RGPD and French consumer law.

• Legal information: Legally identifies the site owner (name, address, SIRET, host, etc.). Mandatory in France and Europe for any online activity, it ensures transparency and legal compliance for users.
• Privacy policy: explains how visitors’ personal data is collected, used, stored and protected. Compliant with the RGPD, it informs users of their rights (access, rectification, deletion, opposition) and is essential for any online store processing customer data.
• General Sales Conditions (GSC ): Contractual framework between seller and buyer. They define purchase terms, prices, payments, guarantees and responsibilities. Mandatory for all online sales, they provide legal protection for your business.
• Delivery and returns: Specify delivery times, costs and methods, as well as return conditions (delivery time, product condition, refund, exchange). Reassures your customers, reduces misunderstandings and is required by law for all online stores.

The pages provided are based on generic templates: they serve as a legal basis but are not customized to your specific activity. It is up to you to review and adapt them so that they accurately reflect your activity, business practices, legal structure and commitments.

This information must be updated regularly, particularly if your practices or contact details change, or if legislation evolves.

You remain solely responsible for their legal compliance and accuracy.

If your store requires more pages, we’ll offer you an additional set on request, or you can create them yourself via the WordPress interface.

You can cancel easily: after the two-year commitment period, you can cancel at any time by e-mail or telephone, with one month’s notice before the end of the commitment period. On receipt of your request, I will confirm the termination date by e-mail.

A complete export (.zip files + SQL database) is provided, and assistance is offered if required to help you migrate your transactional mailboxes. Outsourced backups are retained for 30 days after termination, after which they are permanently deleted.
