No. It hooks into the native process — it doesn’t run a parallel system. Everything you configure in Updatronix translates directly to native WordPress options.
Yes. Any item that goes through the WordPress update flow — whether from WordPress.org or a third-party source — is logged and manageable the same way.
Updatronix is a flight data recorder, not a repair tool. If a process crashes, the shutdown handler still captures what happened — version before/after, error traces — so you can recover faster. Rollbacks are not in scope by design.
No. Updatronix is 100% local. No telemetry, no SaaS dependency, no external calls. All logs and settings live in your own database.
Yes. It detects server-level constants like WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE and surfaces them in the interface so they never silently conflict with your settings.
